Dierdra's Bithday Cupcake

Akhirnya blog ini mulai bisa diisi juga..
Punya blog adalah salah satu resolusi saya di tahun 2012..and yeayyy akhirnya punya blog juga.. :)))

ok, kita mulai aja d.. postingan ini terasa sangat bersejarah buat saya..
bukan lebay loh, tapi beneran karena ini cupcake perdana buatan saya..hehehe

cupcake ini dibuat untuk ultah Dierdra, my lovely baby girl (yes she's still a baby girl when i made this cupcakes..and now she's 3 years old already..) 

Diawali dengan salah satu impian kecil saya yaitu bikin birthday cake sendiri untuk ultah Dierdra, mulailah saya browsing sana sini.. akhirnya memutuskan untuk bikin cupcake aja d..

mulailah hunting peralatan yang dibutuhkan, oven kebetulan minjem punya mama dulu..minjem beberapa peralatan fondant dulu, nyiapin bahan2 yang dibutuhkan.. resep dibaca berulang2 biar ga salah step by stepnya..

buat saya, yang ga pernah baking cake sama sekali.. pengalaman ini terasa sangat deg2an dan excited at the same time..and voila cupcakenya berhasill... so happy.. dan mulailah dekor cupcakenya..

kalo liat hasil dekor cupcakenya mungkin masih standart bgt yah, tp pada saat itu rasanya senennngggg bgt..
dan rasanya seneng sekali ketika dierdra ultah, saya bisa bikinin dia cupcakes made by her mommy :)))

3. Cupcake dekorasi butter cream + fondant

• Inisial nama, bunga, bintang, kupu-kupu, dll, mulai Rp. 17.500,-
• Bentuk 2D sederhana, mulai Rp. 20.000,-
• Bentuk 2D rumit, emboss nama, tulisan, mulai Rp. 25.000,-
• Bentuk 3D, atau bentuk figurine mulai Rp. 30.000,-

4.  Cupcake dekorasi full fondant, mulai Rp. 20.000,-

5.  Dekorasi menggunakan edible image, penambahan harga Rp. 5.000 per cupcake, dari harga di atas

- Minimal order 12 buah cupcake untuk tiap 1 rasa cupcake

1. Sebaiknya pemesanan dilakukan H-10 dari tanggal pengambilan kue.
2. Apabila masih tersedia quota di tanggal pengambilan kue, lakukan pembayaran DP 50 persen dari total harga kue. Pelunasan dilakukan maksimal H-3.
3. Informasikan ke kami jenis cake/cupcake/cookies yang ingin dipesan, ukuran, dan beserta jumlahnya.
4. Untuk desain yang custom made, bisa didiskusikan lebih lanjut.

 Apabila cake menggunakan dekorasi edible image (foto atau gambar), dikenai biaya tambahan sebesar Rp. 55.000,-
